Service Description

Mini To-Go is a part-time business based in the Tarrant County Area. The star of this business is a miniature horse named Peter Pann. Peter Pann can be booked to attend any safe party. If requested, he can be dressed up to match the theme of the event. Peter Pann cannot be riden, for he is only 31 inches tall and too small. He can, however, be led over jumps, walked around by the party guests, and occasionally pull a miniature horse cart at events that he will attend.
